This is the Great Orme signature serve. It has a hint of herbal thyme and gorse giving a slight flavour of vanilla with an essence of blackcurrant complementing the juniper. 

Enjoy served over ice-cold tonic, with a slice of lemon and dressed with a sprig of thyme.
