Lovely pale, salmon pink in colour with beautiful, shiny reflections. The nose is delicate and fruit-forward with notes of fresh, red fruit, peach and some subtle floral hints. There is roundness on the palate with aromatic depth and some minerality in the long finish. Perfect as an aperitif or enjoy with white meats, fish or shellfish.
