This Chardonnay is fresh and expressive. There is a delicate nose with aromas of lemon, honeysuckle blossom and peach and the wine is matured on its lees giving it a vibrant lemony style with a delicate nutty finish. Ideal with Caesar salad, seared salmon or tuna and also complements grilled or roasted white meats.
